Orders can be placed on our web site, Instagram or email. In most cases orders are dispatched within a couple of days but please allow up tp 4 working days, in the case of stock shortages we will advise if there will be a delay of more than 7 days. Please remember that payment must be made before we dispatch any goods.

All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Payments can be made by credit card, direct deposit or Afterpay.

All orders are free freight anywhere in Australia. All freight is fully traceable until order reaches destination. We will do our utmost to ensure the best packaging possible but we are not responsible while stock is in transit. In the rare circumstances of freight arriving damaged we require notification and photos be emailed to us with in 24 hours of receiving delivery. We can forward these details to freight provider on your behalf.

Due to the nature of soap being handmade and hand cut there can be weight variations of a couple of grams either side of the average weight of 100g.

We can custom make requirements outside our normal range. Pricing may vary from our normal range depending of alterations, additives, essential or fragrant oils. Customised orders do not follow our regular turnaround time. Full payment is required before production and as custom made soaps are not standard stock lines, orders can not be cancelled once production commenced.

All pricing is exclusive of GST. Please note that multiple orders cannot be accumulated to get the cheaper pricing.

Our Coldpressed soap is made from scratch using only quality, all NATURAL INGREDIENTS that include a blend of olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, rice bran oil, castor oil and shea butter. Our soap is scented with only luxurious pure essential oils or high quality fragrance oils. We also add goats milk, honey, clays and natural botanicals for exfoliating texture. We add no chemicals, phosphates, sodium lauryl sulphates or parabens. In our hand crafted soap we use the cold process in which all our ingredients are mixed at a low temperature. This process retains all the natural goodness of the base oils and essential oils. In the saponification process large quantities of natural glycerine is produced which remains in the final bar of soap. All our soaps are very long lasting, produce an abundant creamy lather and leave skin feeling clean and fresh. Cold pressed soap does not strip your skin of its natural oils the way commercial products can. Try a bar of natural cold pressed soap and test for your self. Cold pressed soap has to be experienced to be appreciated fully. Our vegan skincare range is Australian Made and is manufactured in a formulation lab. We use high quality natural and organic ingredients where possible, we do not use chemicals or toxins that harm the skin or the body. Our priority is ensuring our customers receive high quality and low-tox skincare products that do not harm the environment or the body. All our products are packaged in environmentally friendly packaging and in compostable mailers.
